ABOUT VINOTELLERS

Why "vinotellers"?

Because we are convinced that wine is much more than a product. We believe that every good wine has a story to tell, and we want to be the lucky ones to tell it to you.

What are you going to tell me in VINOTELLERS?

We are going to tell you the story of each of our wines. Great Spanish and French wines, artisan productions or classic gourmet wines and vintage vintages.

Not only that: we believe that “counting wine” is enriching the wine culture. We are going to talk about traditions, trades, flavors, aromas and, above all, pleasures.

How are you going to do it?

We do it every time you choose one of our gourmand wines, that you will receive in your house accompanied by an exclusive story with the history of the winery. We do it in the newsletter of wine hedonists, the weekly newsletter that at the end of the week you will expect to receive. And we will also do it whenever you want to consult us about wines, chat about your concerns or ask us a question.

Soon also with tastings, workshops and a podcast that we are already preparing for wine lovers like you.

How can I stay up-to-date with the wine library and news?

You can check our website in the afternoons when you leave work, which is when you most want a glass of wine. But the most comfortable thing is that you subscribe to our newsletter so that every Friday we serve as inspiration when choosing wine for lunch or dinner on the weekend. What can I find in your online store?

Our online wine store is a true reflection of the spirit that animates VINOTELLERS. You will find in them extra-ordinary bottles that we have personally selected for their value for search engines and hedonists. Gourmet wines, old vintages, French and Spanish wines, artisan productions and limited distribution and those special bottles that every wine lover wants to have in their collection and on their table.

Do you have a physical store?

VINOTELLERS is a totally online store and we send our wines to any address you indicate. Even so, we have a small shop in the Gràcia neighborhood in Barcelona that serves as an office, warehouse, workshop and even guide store . So don't expect a conventional wine store, But since we know that as a good hedonist you like to be able to see those hard-to-find bottles and that you have even fallen in love at first sight with more than one, we encourage you, if you are in the center of Barcelona and want to pick up an order, to let us know writing to us o calling us (+34 656 859 050). We will be delighted if you come to visit us.

ABOUT THE ORDER

Is there a minimum number of bottles that I must buy?

No, there is not. At VINOTELLERS you can buy the number of bottles you want.

How do I pay for the order?

You can pay with Paypal, debit or credit card or bank transfer. Sorry, but we do not accept cash on delivery payments.

What type of packaging are the bottles shipped in?

All our wines are shipped in TotalWinePack safe transport cardboard boxes. If any of your bottles are presented in a wooden box and you want it, we will have to send it to you separately in a separate cardboard packaging, since, to our regret, wooden boxes are not safe to send your extra-ordinary bottles.

Can I place gift orders?

Of course. It is always appreciated that they give you a bottle of wine, you are more or less hedonistic.

We do not attach the invoice in the shipments and the box will not carry a wrapping paper either, but in the order notes you can add the message you want.

How long does it take for the bottles to arrive once the order is placed?

In 2 working days you will receive your wines, and in this link You can check where your bottles are at all times.

If you are in Barcelona city, we can bring you the bottles the day after you have placed the order. Check the delivery conditions.

  • € 8 + VAT for deliveries in Barcelona city
  • € 10 + VAT within a radius of 30-40 km
  • After 40 km, the rates for national shipments.
What are the costs for domestic shipments?

Do you ship to the Canary Islands?

If we do it. Get in touch and we will give you the rate for air transport (2 days to arrive) or sea transport (1 week).

If I live outside of Spain, can I place an order?

Rates for:
U.S.South KoreaHonk Kong Japan .
The shipping cost will be the same if we send 1 bottle or if we send 6, and it will take 3-4 weeks to arrive.

For other countries in Asia, Write us   and we will confirm if we can send you our extraordinary bottles.
We do not ship to: Russia, Australia, New Zealand, South America, Central America.

If there is a broken bottle when I receive my order, what should I do?

At VINOTELLERS we work with trusted couriers and transport agencies and we always use safe transport packaging. If, despite everything, a breakage occurs during shipping, please follow these steps:

  • Indicate on the delivery note any anomaly (breakage or humidity) that you see on the outside of the box and sign.
  • Do not accept the order. In this way the incident will be communicated to us and we can send you a new bottle or bottles or make a refund of the order in the event that we do not have the stock in VINOTELLERS.

ABOUT RETURN POLICY

Can I cancel the order once payment has been made?

If you need to cancel an order, Write us. Yes, still It has not been picked up by the transport company, we will cancel it quickly.

If your order is already on the way, once the bottles return to our warehouse, we will refund the amount paid for the wines less shipping and return costs.

Can I return a bottle of wine?

The return period is 14 days from receipt of the bottle. After this period we will not be able to accept any return.

We will not accept the return of opened bottles, manipulated or exposed to inadequate conditions. It is your responsibility to return the bottle or bottles in a suitable packaging so that they reach us in perfect condition, since otherwise we will not be able to make a refund. We recommend using the same box in which you received the order, as they are the safest boxes for transporting bottles.

Shipping costs to VINOTELLERS will be at your expense. Once we receive your return and check that the bottles are in perfect condition, we will refund the amount of the wine or wines (not the shipping costs) through the same means of payment that you used.
